The next morning came and went with NO CALL! I then went back to the tables to speak with the manager who was Jerry and she said she had no updates on getting info on my refund. I was assured I'd receive a phone call the next AM. I was told the manager didn't have authority to do a refund because it is an electronic game and part of the slot department. I waited an hour and a half while they reviewed it and they agreed that the machine paid out WRONG. They then said they would need to review the machine. I should have left but stayed a bit longer and it happened again!! I then said I needed a refund because it happened again. They blamed it on the machine and that the settings were wrong. We played the new electronic craps table and it malfunctioned on our payout. Went here for a fun little getaway trip with my parents to spend some time.
